About Us

Sandra Lundgren

Sandra was first introduced to Ayurvedic massage in Italy in 2000 after a severe scooter accident left her with pain and restricted movement. Sandra was amazed by the success of her intensive treatment by Ayurvedic massage practitioner Dr. Chandola that she started an internship and learnt the art of Ayurvedic massage. Sandra's natural interest and passion for Alternative Health modalities led to her studying and qualifying as a registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist with Body Intelligence Training in 2011.

During and after her study, Sandra continued to develop an interest in how mental/emotional health has an influence on our physical body and vice versa. This interest has led her to work at one of the Women's Refuges in Auckland.

Sandra was born in India and grew up in Sweden. She has enjoyed working overseas which has brought her to New Zealand.
